    JERSEY CITY â€“ It may not be St. Patrick's Day, but Irish eyes were smiling at Exchange Place on Saturday. Hundreds of people came out to celebrate this year's Jersey City Irish festival along the Hudson River with Irish food and dancing. Festival goers showed their Irish spirit wearing green shirts or traditional Irish clothing.     JERSEY CITY -- A 38-year-old man was shot in the thigh Saturday night, officials said.  The victim, a Bronx resident, suffered a single gunshot wound near Bergen and Clendenny avenues at about 11:30 p.m., city spokeswoman Jennifer Morrill said.  He was brought to Jersey City Medical Center and his injuries were not considered life-threatening.  The shooting was the second in the city in less than 24 hours.     JERSEY CITY -- A two-alarm fire in the Heights Sunday morning displaced 13 residents from two homes, officials said.  The fire was reported at 9:10 a.m. between 19 and 21 Bleecker St. Firefighters called for a second alarm just after they arrived at the scene, Deputy Chief Anthony Della Rosa said.  There were no injuries reported from the fire, which was placed under control after about 25 minutes, Della Rosa said.  Eight adults and five children that live at 21 and 21B Bleecker St were being ..
