The Jersey City Department of Health and Human Services is reminding residents that shelter from the cold winter weather is available by visiting any of the Jersey City Public Libraries, city senior centers, nutrition sites and city-funded centers.Jersey City Public Library branches will be open for extended hours while the Main Library is closed.
