The Jersey City man who was seriously injured in a hit-and-run crash in November died this morning, a close friend of the victim said. Staney Mis, 65, had been hospitalized since the Nov. 1 accident on the vehicular bridge that connects Lincoln Park with Lincoln Park West in Jersey City.
