    JERSEY CITY -- Hispanic business owners in Jersey City now have a united voice. The Hispanic American Commerce Association of Jersey City, more than 200 members strong, was formed in November to work with the city to address concerns on issues that include drug-dealing near businesses, city inspections and access to funds and grants.
