The Learning Community Charter School's eighth annual Spring Gala will honor two Jersey City residents who have made a difference in the worlds of education and the environment. The 2016 Champions are Steve Krinsky, a longtime educator at LCCS, who is retiring this year, and Laura Skolar, president of the Jersey City Parks Coalition.
