JERSEY CITY -- The 29-year-old woman fatally shot on Monitor Street Monday morning was a "wonderful mother" to three children and had a smile on her face every day, friends and family said today. JERSEY CITY -- A one-alarm fire damaged a two-story building on Halladay Street on Monday, a city spokeswoman said.
