JERSEY CITY -- After more than a decade of planning and construction, the city is preparing for the grand opening in June of its largest municipal park. BAYONNE -- A Jersey City man has been accused of burglarizing cars in a Bayonne church parking lot and then fleeing the scene when confronted, police said today.
