    A person was shot in the head on Fulton Avenue in Jersey City this evening, according to police radio transmissions. Police said over the radio that blood and shell casings have been found in front of a Fulton Avenue residence just east of the intersection with Martin Luther King Drive.  The shooting appears to have occurred at around 5 p.m.  Meanwhile, the victim has been taken to Jersey City Medical Center-Barnabas Health, police said over the radio, although the person's current condition c..
