JERSEY CITY -- Two men have been charged with opening fire in an attempted robbery at a city light rail station, a transit spokeswoman said. At about 5:15 this morning, Isaiah Barber, 19, and Julio Rosado, 24, fired a single shot while attempting to rob an unidentified victim at the West Side Avenue station, NJ Transit spokeswoman Lisa Torbic said.
