A Jersey City woman and her two children, one of them a 1-year-old, were struck by a dump truck near West Side and Harrison avenues this afternoon, police said. The accident occurred just before 3:30 p.m., Jersey City spokeswoman Jennifer Morrill said. The family, from Harrison Avenue, escaped with just minor injuries, police said.
