JERSEY CITY – Police are investigating the non-fatal shooting of a 21-year-old man early Friday morning – what is at least the city's ninth shooting since Tuesday. The 21-year-old man told police he sustained a non-life-threatening injury to his left calf just after 12:30 a.m. near Winfield Avenue and Old Bergen Road, Jersey City spokeswoman Jennifer Morrill said.
