JERSEY CITY - A young boy fell out of an apartment building window in Jersey City Friday evening. It happened at 12 Rose Ave. just before 7:30 p.m. Witnesses say that the 7-year-old boy fell from the second story. “I heard the screen pop and the kid…came down on top of the screen,” one witness tells News 12 New Jersey. “His knees hit first, then his head hit the ground.” Witnesses say that the boy fell unconscious.
