    JERSEY CITY -- The sights and sounds of Bolivia were on full display today during the Bolivian Parade and Festival in downtown Jersey City. The Bolivian community of Jersey City paraded through downtown Saturday afternoon, dressed in colorful, eye-popping dress and costumes.
