A Jersey City man has been missing for one week and the Jersey City police are seeking the public's help in locating him. Michael B. Ortega, 21, was last seen by family members on Tuesday, Jan. 19. BAYONNE -- A Jersey City man has been accused of being found with ecstasy and marijuana in the area of Pulaski Street and Pulaski Lane West in Bayonne, police said.
