  A Downtown Jersey City resident was shocked Thursday morning when he went to his car and found that all four tires and rims had been stolen and one of the windows was smashed, Jersey City police said.The car, a 2016 Acura IXL, was parked in front of 143 Morgan St. when police were alerted to the theft at 6:53 a.m. Thursday, a police report said.
