    JERSEY CITY -- Four men have been arrested and charged in connection with two separate shootings that took place within blocks of one another on the city's West Side.  Katrell Trent has been charged with shooting at a 25-year-old Roselle man early Saturday morning on West Side Avenue near Fairview Avenue, according to a criminal complaint.
